Win a Tesla Experience
Organizer
· The organizer of this prize draw for Germany is Tesla Germany GmbH, a company registered in Germany under commercial register number HRB 235261 B, with its registered office at Ludwig-Prandtl-Str. 27 - 29, 12526 Berlin.
Prize
· The prize is the opportunity to take a Tesla vehicle overnight and enjoy a complimentary hotel stay with dinner for two. This experience is organized by Tesla and is subject to change and availability. Winners will be informed of the exact prize details at the time of the draw.
Prize Draw
· Winners will be randomly selected from all contact details collected by Tesla at relevant sales events between February 10, 2025, and February 23, 2025.
· No financial contribution of any kind is required to participate.
· Duration: Applies to all contacts recorded between February 10, 2025, and February 23, 2025.
Eligibility
· Any person residing in Germany who is at least 18 years old, holds an unrestricted driver’s license, and is not employed by Tesla may participate in the prize draw.
· To participate, simply register by February 23, 2025. By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
· Each person may enter only once. Tesla awards prizes at its sole discretion.
Winner Announcement
· Tesla will conduct a random draw to determine the winners of the prize draw. Winners will be selected through an anonymous and automated data selection process.
Prize Acceptance
· If you are a winner, you will receive an email notification.
· Winners have 7 days from the date of the email to respond and accept the prize. If the prize is not claimed within this timeframe, the claim will expire.
· The prize cannot be accepted by a third party on your behalf.
· Tesla will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be reached, is unavailable, or does not claim the prize within 7 days of being notified, Tesla reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible participant selected from the valid entries received.
· Tesla accepts no responsibility if you are unable to claim the prize.
· No prize will be awarded if the participant has violated any of the terms and conditions (at Tesla’s sole discretion).
· Tesla may, at its sole discretion, reject, transfer, or exchange prizes.
· Winners may decline their prize by responding to the winner notification email within 7 days.
· Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative.
· If the prize includes driving a Tesla vehicle, you must hold a valid driver’s license for the country in which you reside. You will be required to sign a standard test drive agreement, which will be provided on the day of the vehicle handover.
Limitation of Liability
· To the extent permitted by law, Tesla, its representatives, or distribution partners shall under no circumstances be liable for compensating the winner or assuming any liability for any loss, damage, or disappointment arising as a result of participating in this competition, accepting the prize, winning or not winning a prize, except where caused by negligence on the part of Tesla, its representatives, distribution partners, or employees. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Data Protection & Publicity
· If you are a winner, you agree that Tesla may use your name and place of residence to announce the winners.
· By entering the competition, you accept Tesla’s Privacy Policy (https://www.tesla.com/about/legal) and consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data submitted as part of your entry, including name, postal address, phone number, and email address, by Tesla and its affiliates for the purpose of administering the competition. Individuals submitting personal data in connection with their entry have the right to request access, review, modification, correction, or deletion of any personal data held by Tesla in relation to the competition by contacting Tesla at the following email address: dpo@tesla.com.
General
· If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Tesla may, at its sole discretion, disqualify you from participating in the competition.
· In the event of any disputes regarding the terms and conditions, the conduct or results of the competition, or any other matters relating to the competition, Tesla’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into, nor will comments or explanations be provided regarding any decision made by Tesla.
· Tesla reserves the right to invalidate, suspend, cancel, or amend all or part of the competition if necessary. Any changes to these terms and conditions or cancellation of the competition will be announced on Tesla’s website. Participants are responsible for keeping themselves informed of any changes to the terms.
· These terms and conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by German law.
