Become part of the next generation of manufacturing leaders and innovators. Tesla's Manufacturing Development Program is designed to provide graduating high school seniors with the financial resources, coursework and experience they need to start a successful manufacturing career at Tesla.

We’re looking for a new class of graduates to help us build a more sustainable future.

Join graduates living in California, Nevada, New York and Texas who have started their careers with the Manufacturing Development Program. Once you apply, you’ll participate in a series of information sessions and interviews. Those selected will receive their offer and be invited to a signing day celebration.

Once you complete the program's requirements, including specific courses at a local college, you’ll earn a Tesla Advanced Manufacturing Certification and begin applying your new skills as a Production Associate at one of Tesla’s Gigafactories. Positions are full-time, paid and include benefits and stock ownership.
