Minimum 5 years working experience OR a clear display of excellence and outstanding achievements when experience is missing
Mandatory to work on-site Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg
Willing to work on a flexible work schedule, including working outside of the regular hours if needed
Experience in manufacturing engineering, ramping up of volume production and cost optimization is a big plus
Open-minded and flexible regarding the discipline you’ll be supporting
Can-do attitude and a maniacal sense of urgency
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work on difficult challenges and projects regardless of discipline
Great team worker and good communicator
Fluent in English is a must; German language skills a big plus
