How to find us
By Car: The shopping centre is a short distance from the A2, M2, M25 and M20. Head to the Plaza Car Park and we are located by the Superchargers on the ground floor. Tesla signage is placed around main ring road. The collection hub is in the Lower Plaza Car Park (highlighted by yellow signage). The Plaza Car Park has 3 levels: Lower, Middle and Upper, so please ensure you follow signs for Lower.
By Train: Greenhithe for Bluewater is 1.5 miles away from Bluewater Shopping Centre. Buses run frequently between the two and taxis are also available.
Through the shopping centre: Locate the Plaza Car Park on a map inside the centre. When you enter the Plaza car park (lower level), turn right and continue past the Superchargers on the right-hand side. Look out for Tesla signage directing to the collection point.

Parking
Parking - Parking is free in the Plaza car park. Please park on the ground floor near our Superchargers.
What to bring
Bring a valid driving licence and have insurance in place. Vehicles aren't registered until the day of collection so we recommend calling your provider rather than getting quotes online. Learn about your car prior to collection here.
Trade-In
Bring both sets of keys and your completed V5c document. Ensure service history is placed in the logbook and left in glove compartment. Please remove all your belongings.
Park your trade-in vehicle on row M or as close to as you can and head to the car collection desk. Let your Tesla Advisor know where exactly you have parked. We may undertake a final odometer reading and brief inspection before gaining a signature. The registration process is completed by us and will be sent to you within 14 days.
