Tesla vehicle accessories, Tesla merchandise and select spare parts are available for purchase from the Tesla Shop, the Tesla app and most Tesla retail locations.

Product Inquiries

What products ship directly to my address?
Apparel, lifestyle, charging equipment, vehicle parts and most accessories will ship directly to you. The purchase price of these items includes shipping and installation.

For items that require installation, please refer to the product page for more information and log in to your mobile app and schedule an appointment stating which item you wish to have installed.

Checkout asks for a VIN, how can I find my VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)?
For some items, you will be prompted to login to your Tesla account to checkout. Upon doing so, all of your VIN(s) will become selectable. Please select the VIN of the car you are buying this accessory for.

If you recently purchased a car, make sure your VIN or reservation number (RN) is visible within your Tesla Account to enable the checkout. If you are a leasing customer, please order item which requires VIN validation via the closest Service Center.

How do I get my Wall Connector installed?
For information on installing a Wall Connector and charging your Tesla at home, visit the Home Charging Support page.

How are Wall Connectors different from other vehicle accessories?
Wall Connectors require installation by a licensed electrician and are dispatched directly to your shipping address. This allows you to receive your Wall Connector as quickly as possible and coordinate installation with your preferred electrician. If you are leasing your vehicle, please contact your nearest Service Center to place your order for a Wall Connector, once your VIN has been made available to you.

My Tesla wall connector does not work as expected, what do I do?
Our goal is to ensure that your experience home charging with Tesla products is as smooth as possible. If you are unable to charge using your Tesla wall connector, please refer to these simple guidelines:

  • Always refer back to the installation manual for initial troubleshooting (p. 21)
  • If your electrician is present & encounters difficulties, contact Tesla using the relevant contact number. A dedicated team of technical experts will be available to support on weekdays (Monday to Friday) during office hours (9-5 CET).
  • If there is no electrician present, ensure a Tesla vehicle is available for functional testing.

Fitment for some products, such as Model X interior mats, depends on the vehicle build date. Where do I find the build date of my Tesla?
The build date for your car is shown on the vehicle certification label located on the driver’s side door pillar. This label is visible when the door is open.

Why am I not able to purchase a wall connector or CHAdeMO adapter?
At this time, you must be a Tesla owner to purchase a wall connector or ChAdeMo adapter. Sign-In to your Tesla account to which your vehicle is registered to verify your ownership status. If you are still not able to purchase the product after signing-in, contact onlineordersEMEA@tesla.com.

Important: We are unable to verify your status when selecting "Guest Checkout". You must sign in to your Tesla account that is registered to your vehicle.

An item I want is out of stock! What can I do?
If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for back in stock email alerts on the product page of the out of stock item. Whenever the item comes back, you will be the first person to find out!

Note that receiving a back in stock email alert does not reserve the item for you. Items can and do sell out again. Please sign up again to be notified once the item is restocked.

Payment, Checkout and Pricing

What are accepted methods of payment?
The Tesla Shop accepts the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard and Visa.

Does the price shown on the Tesla Shop include VAT?
Yes. The products on the website are shown including the applicable VAT rate for your country.

Can I order a product that requires a service installation without a VIN associated with my Tesla Account?
No. In order to purchase a product that requires a service installation, you must have a VIN or reservation number visible in your Tesla account.

Can I edit or cancel my order?
We try to dispatch orders as soon as possible. Contact us to check in on your order. If your order is already in progress, we will be unable to accommodate a request to modify it.

Are prices the same for Tesla merchandise and accessories sold online, in the Tesla app versus in store?
Yes.

Can I resell the products purchased from Tesla Shop?
No. Tesla and its affiliates sell directly to end-consumers. We may unilaterally cancel any order that we believe has been made with the intention to resell, intended to violate our trademark rights or that has otherwise been made in bad faith. We may also cancel an order and process a refund if we discontinue a product after the time an order is placed.

Can I get a price adjustment or correction if prices go down after I buy an item?
Tesla reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on shop.tesla.com at any time and to correct pricing errors that may occur. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been processed by Tesla. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you.

Shipping and Ordering Times

How long does delivery take?
Although we strive for order dispatch within 24 hours, order volume and product availability may result in additional processing time.

Please note orders ship Monday through Friday only.

Due to high demand, processing and delivery times are higher than normal. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of your order. Certain products have longer processing times noted in the product description.

If your order has not arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at onlineordersEMEA@tesla.com.

Please note:

  • Large shipments, wheels and tire packages and Roadster accessories may have longer processing times
  • Due to order volume and product availability, certain items may have limits on the quantity that can be requested

What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is 19.99 AED. All orders over 200 AED qualify for free shipping.

How can I check the status of my order?
Once your item ships, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. Just click the link in your confirmation email and follow the steps to check the status of your order. You can also sign in to your account and select an order in your order history to check the status.

I have not received my order or I received the wrong order. What should I do?
Please notify our Support Team at OnlineOrdersEMEA@tesla.com within 30 days of placing the order. Replacements may be granted if you have not received your order on time or need a replacement for any of the following reasons: received the wrong product, missing a component in a kit, product arrived defective or broken.

Does Tesla ship to a PO box or APO?
We currently offer shipping to a home or business address. We do not offer shipping to a PO box or APO address.

Does Tesla ship products to my country?
At this time, we only ship to the countries in the location selector. In addition, we can only ship to the shop country in which the order is made. There are some territorial exclusions, see below.

Which territories are non-deliverable or unsupported?
We do not support orders and delivery to the following territories:

  • Denmark: Faroe Islands, Greenland
  • Finland: The Åland Islands
  • France: French Overseas Territories (Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte)
  • Germany: Helgoland, Büsingen
  • Spain: Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands
  • United Kingdom: Channel Islands
  • Italy: Livigno, Campione d'Italia, The Italian waters of Lake Lugano

    Returns

    Is it possible to return a product?
    At Tesla, we strive to do everything possible to ensure our customers are satisfied with their orders. We are happy to assist you with the return of your Tesla Shop order. Please see the return guidelines below.

    You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be shipped back within 14 calendar days after you have received the return shipping label. You will be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In such case, Tesla reserves the right to retain an amount equivalent to the diminished value of the goods.

    Unopened Wall Connectors and vehicle accessories may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

    After the 14-day period and once a product has been used, it is ineligible for return (except for cases involving product warranty) and will be returned to the sender with no refund issued.

    How do I start the return process?
    For items purchased at a retail location, please visit the location at which you purchased the item from to process your return request.

    To initiate a return for products purchased from Tesla Shop, sign in to your account and start a return from your order details.

    If you purchase an item as a guest, access your order using your order number and email address.

    We will inform your local carrier of your return request and the carrier will contact you to schedule a time to pick-up the item for return. Return inquiries will be approved (or denied) within 7-10 business days of contact.

    If a used item is sent to Tesla outside of product warranty, it will be returned to the sender with no refund issued.

    Can I return my online or in-app order to a Tesla Service Center?
    No. Tesla Service Centers are focused on servicing customer vehicles and unfortunately cannot process any returns or refunds.

    What vehicle accessories are not eligible for return?
    Vehicle accessories that are not eligible for return include, but are not limited to:

    • Used and/or installed accessories
    • Accessories absent of their original packaging
    • Items with broken components or incomplete kits e.g. aero wheel cap kit

    Can I return a product purchased from a third party?
    Items purchased from a third party must be returned to that seller. Unfortunately, Tesla cannot accept the return of goods purchased from any third-party vendor.

    When can I expect a refund for my return?
    Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days after the returned product has arrived at the Tesla warehouse and has been inspected. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

    Do I have to pay for return shipping?
    When you start a return, the carrier will contact you to schedule a time to pick-up the item and the carrier will bring the return label to the scheduled pick-up. Currently the return shipping is free and organized by Tesla.

    Warranty

    Repair or replacement of Tesla-branded vehicle accessories purchased directly from Tesla, over-the-counter, online, in the Tesla app or purchased and installed by Tesla Service or a Tesla Body Shop, are covered under the Tesla Parts, Body & Paint Repair Limited Warranty.

    This limited warranty covers the repair or replacement necessary to remedy any “failures” that are determined by Tesla to have occurred under normal use. “Failure” means the complete failure or inability of a covered part to perform the function(s) for which it was designed, due to defects in material or workmanship of the part manufactured or supplied by Tesla, which occur under normal use. Failure does not include the gradual loss in operating performance due to normal wear and tear. The Tesla Parts, Body & Paint Repair Limited Warranty begins on the purchase date of the accessory, and coverage extends for a period of 1 year. Specific categories of accessories have unique warranty coverage periods:

    Direct-ship Accessories
    Subject to the exceptions described below and the terms of the Tesla Parts, Body & Paint Repair Limited Warranty, direct-ship accessories which do not require Tesla installation are covered for a period of 1 year from the purchase date of the accessory.

    Subject to the exceptions described below and the terms of the applicable limited warranty, service-installed accessories are covered for whichever provides you the greatest benefit: 1 year from the purchase date of the accessory pursuant to the Tesla Parts, Body & Paint Repair Limited Warranty or the remainder of your New Vehicle Limited Warranty.

    Product Coverage
    Wheel and Tire Packages Tesla New Vehicle or Parts, Body & Paint Limited Warranties do not cover tires, brake fluid or brake pads.
    Model 3 Track Package Tesla New Vehicle or Parts, Body & Paint Limited Warranties do not cover tires, brake fluid or brake pads.

    * Warranty repairs do not constitute an extension of the original limited warranty period for the vehicle nor its parts or accessories.
    * The Tesla Parts, Body & Paint Repair Limited Warranty gives you specific contractual rights. These rights do not substitute or affect any mandatory statutory rights under your local laws. This could mean that you may have additional rights arising from your local laws including, but not limited to, any mandatory statutory warranty rights.

    Can I get help with installation of a direct-ship product?
    Direct-ship accessories are meant to easily be added and removed from the vehicle and do not require a Service Center visit but feel free to contact us for help. If you need additional assistance with installation, a service appointment can be made.
