Is the vehicle deposit refundable?
No, deposits for Used vehicles are non-refundable. Once a deposit is completed, the vehicle will no longer be displayed on our website and will be reserved for the buyer.
How do I charge my Tesla?
The most convenient way to charge is at home, with an adapter that plugs into common household outlets. Visit our charging site to learn more, or purchase a charging solution through our online shop.
How long does it take to get my car?
Used vehicles are located in our Service Centers across the country. Your delivery timeframe depends on a variety of factors including preparation time and transportation time, and may take around two to four weeks. When you place your order, the Tesla Delivery team will provide you with a more specific timeframe.
Can used vehicles be upgraded?
We’re committed to continuously improving the driving experience through over-the-air software and firmware upgrades—a benefit available to all new and used Tesla vehicles.
How do I buy a used Tesla from another country?
Used vehicles must be delivered to the country in which the vehicle is listed online to be sold, and local applicable VAT must be paid. If working directly with a Sales Advisor, cross-country sales can be possible for VAT-Deductible cars. In these specific cases, invoice will correspond to local registration and Tax requirements, showing vehicle location VAT.
