Role
Responsible for end to end solutions to payroll related questions in a face to face walk up environment supporting production factory workers. Responsible for solving problems, redirecting employees and training on best practices in an engaging environment that continues to grow. Successful candidate must be self-motivated and able to take risks and ownership and see projects to their completion.
Responsibilities
· Responds to in person requests, tickets, telephone calls, and email requests for payroll inquiries
· Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution
· Assist with time and attendance entries as needed
· Support system access issues, password resets and general inquiries with payroll systems
· Maintain close relationships with HR and HRBP assisting them with payroll inquiries
· Explains payroll policies and procedures when necessary
· Provide training to HR leaders, managers and employees
· Establish and maintain corporative working relationships
· Assist with new user training as well as creating and maintaining standard operation procedures
Requirements
· Customer service experience required
· Must be able to demonstrate ability to handle complex customer service issues
· Detailed oriented, self-starter and requires minimum supervision
· Knowledge of Service Now, Ultipro, Workday and Kronos preferred
· Excel experience preferred
· Exposure to a high volume and dynamic work environment required
· Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills required.
· Ability to work efficiently while independent in a fast-paced environment
· Maintain confidential information and professionalism to ensure privacy
