How can I tell if Tesla vehicle accessories and merchandise are available at my local Tesla store?
Tesla merchandise is available for purchase from the Tesla Shop. Vehicle accessories and select spare parts are available for purchase both from the Tesla Shop and most Tesla Service Centers. Visit the interactive Find Us map and locate your preferred Service Center.
What products ship directly to the customer? What products ship to a Tesla Service Center on my behalf?
Apparel, lifestyle, charging equipment, vehicle parts and most accessories will ship directly to you. No online or in-app order shipment is accepted at Service Centers.
Fitment for some products, such as Model X interior mats, depends on the vehicle build date. Where do I find the build date of my Tesla?
The build date for your car is shown on the vehicle certification label located on the driver’s side door pillar. This label is visible when the door is open. Please contact Customer Support to check your vehicle’s compatibility with an item you are considering.

What are accepted methods of payment?
The Tesla Shop accepts the following payment methods: American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
We try to dispatch orders as soon as possible. Please email us at onlineordersHKMO@tesla.com to check in on your order. If your order is already in progress, we will be unable to accommodate a request to modify it.
Are Tesla products and accessories sold on Tesla Shop and at Tesla service centers at the same price?
Can I resell the products purchased from Tesla Shop?
No. Tesla and its affiliates sell directly to end-consumers. We may unilaterally cancel any order that we believe has been made with the intention to resell, intended to violate our trademark rights or that has otherwise been made in bad faith. We may also cancel an order and process a refund if we discontinue a product after the time an order is placed.
Shipping and Ordering Times
What are Tesla Shop’s delivery timeframes?
Although we strive for order dispatch as soon as possible, order volume and product availability may result in additional processing time.
Please note: Due to order volume and product availability, certain items may have limits on the quantity that can be requested.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your item ships, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. Just click the link in your confirmation email and follow the steps to check the status of your order. You can also sign into your account and select an order in your order history to check the status.
Tesla reserves the right to cancel any order with a shipping address pertaining to a freight forwarder or that appears to be purchased with the intent to resell or export outside of Macau.
Does shipping cover all areas in Macau?
Orders cannot ship outside of Macau while the shipment covers most of the destinations in the city.
Does Tesla ship to a PO box or APO?
We currently offer shipping to a home or business address. We do not offer shipping to a PO box.
Is it possible to return a product?
Vehicle accessories and merchandise purchased from Tesla Shop are non-refundable and non-returnable. For enquiries, please contact onlineordersHKMO@tesla.com.
How do I request a return due to item defective, damaged, wrong item shipped or received extra item?
To initiate a return for products purchased from the Tesla Shop, please submit a
Tesla Shop Order Cancellation Request with the following information:
- Quantity to return
- Reason for return (a brief description of why this product does not suit my requirements)
If you purchased an item as a guest, access your order using your order number and email address.
You will then receive an email with your RMA number that you can enter in the portal to generate a return label. Print and attach the label to your parcel and email us at onlineordersHKMO@tesla.com to arrange a pick up.
Can I return items ordered online or in-app at the Tesla Service Center?
Tesla Service Centers are focused on servicing customer vehicles, and unfortunately cannot process any returns or refunds.
What vehicle accessories are not eligible for return?
Vehicle accessories that are not eligible for return include, but are not limited to:
- Used and/or installed accessories
- Accessories absent of their original packaging
- Broken package quantities or incomplete kits
- Wheel and tire packages that have been picked up by the customer, even if they remain uninstalled
Can I return a product purchased from a third party?
Items purchased from a third party must be returned to that seller. Unfortunately, Tesla cannot accept the return of goods purchased from any third-party vendor.
When can I expect a refund for my return?
Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product has arrived at the Tesla warehouse and has been inspected. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Technical Support and Product Help
I would like to buy a direct-ship product but don't know if I can install it properly. Can I get help with installation on my Tesla vehicle?
Direct-ship accessories are meant to easily be added and removed from the vehicle and do not require a Service Center visit but feel free to contact us for help. If you need additional assistance with installation, a service appointment can be made.
Where can I find fitting instructions for a direct-ship accessory?
When available, certain direct-ship accessories will have a download link for additional product information, including installation instructions.
