InsureMyTesla is an insurance coverage option for Tesla vehicle owners. InsureMyTesla is available to Tesla vehicle owners in New Zealand and offers the following types of coverage:
- Comprehensive cover
- Third Party, Fire and Theft
- Third Party Only
Features of Comprehensive cover include:
- Accidental loss or damage to your Tesla vehicle
- Legal liability cover if you are liable for damage to someone else’s property
- Flexible driver options – you can choose to exclude under 25-year-olds which may reduce your premium
- Repair guarantee on work by approved repairers for as long as you own the vehicle
- Cover for your vehicle’s charging cables, adaptors and other charging equipment
- Cover for damage to professionally installed vinyl wrap and paint protection film up to $2,000
- Cover for certain types of business use
- No excess payments for windscreen, window or roof glass repairs
- Available additional cover for excess-free windscreen, window or roof glass replacement
