Scheduling Service

Guidance on minor troubleshooting and repairs can be found in the Do It Yourself Guides. If a service appointment is required, the only way to schedule a service appointment is in the Tesla app. Select your desired service, add notes and photo or video and select your desired date, time and location. If available, you can select Mobile Service to have a technician come to a location convenient to you, rather than visit a Service Centre.
