Enhanced Autopilot and Full Self-Driving (Supervised) Transfers

For a limited time, customers who place an order for a new Tesla vehicle by March 31, 2026 may qualify for transferring Enhanced Autopilot (EAP) or Full Self-Driving (FSD) (Supervised) from their current vehicle to their new vehicle.

If you transfer either Enhanced Autopilot or Full Self-Driving (Supervised) from your current vehicle to your new vehicle, your current vehicle will only have access to basic Autopilot features. If you would like to have Full Self-Driving (Supervised) features on both your current vehicle and your new vehicle, you can simply purchase or subscribe to Full Self-Driving (Supervised) for your new vehicle without participating in this offer.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this offer, you must:

Have your new Tesla vehicle order placed by March 31, 2026;
Be the legal and registered owner of a Tesla vehicle that currently has Enhanced Autopilot or Full Self-Driving (Supervised) included at the time of delivery of a new Tesla vehicle you have purchased;
Prior to delivery of your new Tesla vehicle, inform your Tesla Advisor in writing that you intend to participate in this offer by responding to any SMS or email communication received from Tesla;
Have the current vehicle and the new vehicle on the same Tesla Account; and
Agree to all additional terms and conditions prior to delivery of the new vehicle

Note: Used inventory vehicles and vehicles used for commercial purposes are not eligible. Vehicles declared a total loss are not eligible for an EAP or FSD (Supervised) transfer. Additional terms and conditions apply and will be provided prior to delivery.

No. You can only transfer EAP or FSD (Supervised) once from your current vehicle to a new vehicle ordered by March 31, 2026. EAP or FSD (Supervised) will then stay with the new vehicle.
Yes. Once you transfer your EAP or FSD (Supervised), it will stay with the new vehicle. If you sell the new vehicle, EAP or FSD (Supervised) will stay with the vehicle and be available to the new vehicle owner.

Terms and Conditions

To receive this offer, you must meet all eligibility criteria and have your new Tesla vehicle order placed by March 31, 2026. Tesla may remove Enhanced Autopilot (EAP) or Full Self-Driving (FSD) (Supervised) from your new vehicle if we determine in good faith that you've breached any of these terms or made any misrepresentation about EAP or FSD (Supervised) on your current vehicle. Tesla reserves the right to change, modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice. Details about these terms and conditions will be provided to participants in their Tesla app or Tesla Account. Failure to follow and agree to all terms and conditions may result in reversal of the EAP or FSD (Supervised) transfer.
