How to Schedule a Service Appointment

In the Tesla app, you can schedule and manage your service appointments, view and approve estimates and review your vehicle’s service history.

With Tesla Service you can drop off your vehicle at your convenience and access alternative transportation, if available. You will receive updates before, during and after your appointment in your Tesla app.

To schedule a service appointment in the Tesla app, follow these steps:

1. Open the Tesla app.
2. Tap ‘Service.’
3. Follow the on-screen prompts.

After you schedule your service appointment, you’ll need to prepare for your Service Center visit.

To cancel an upcoming Tesla vehicle service appointment, follow these steps:

1. Open the Tesla app.
2. Tap ‘Service.’
3. Tap ‘Cancel.’
4. Follow the prompts.

To reschedule your Tesla vehicle service appointment, follow these steps:

1. Open the Tesla app.
2. Tap ‘Service.’
3. Tap ‘Manage.’
4. Follow the prompts.
