The Exchange Bonus scheme can be combined with finance scheme of INR 600,000 down payment and EMI starting from INR 49,000*.
Customers can achieve further savings of upto INR 20,000^ in fuel and maintenance cost every month making the effective EMI to INR 29,000.
To enhance ownership convenience, Tesla Model Y is available in India with complimentary wall connector enabling you to charge at the convenience of your home for as low as INR 1 per km.

How It Works
- Trade-In Your ICE Vehicle: Sell or exchange your petrol or diesel car through any authorised channel.
- Submit Proof: Provide the required documents to verify your trade-in (details below). Once approved, the INR 300,000 exchange bonus will be reflected in your final invoice.
- Drive Away Electric: Complete your order and delivery to unlock the savings.
Eligibility and Required Documents
To qualify for the trade-in uplift:
- Your ICE vehicle must be traded in or sold, with proof of completion provided to Tesla before final invoicing.
Proof of Trade-In/Exchange:
- Via Spinny: Submit the Delivery Note from Spinny confirming the purchase of your car by Spinny.
- Via Other Used Car Dealers: Submit the Registration Certificate (RC) in your name (as the seller) and the RC in the name of the new buyer, establishing full ownership transfer.
Upon submission and verification of the above documents, the exchange uplift discount will be applied to your invoice.
Relationship Proof (If Applicable): This offer extends to close family or business relationships for vehicle ownership transfers:
- Spouse or Blood Relatives: If the old ICE vehicle is registered in the name of your husband, wife, son, daughter, father, or mother, and the new Model Y is purchased in the name of the related family member, submit proof of relationship (e.g., marriage certificate, birth certificate).
- Company & Director: If the old ICE vehicle is in the company's name and the new Model Y is purchased by the director/owner, provide proof of the company-director relationship (e.g., incorporation documents or director identification).
All proofs must be submitted at the time of order or delivery for approval.
