Tesla MultiPass

Tesla MultiPass is a seamless charging option for your Tesla vehicle. You can find third-party chargers on your vehicle's touchscreen or in the Tesla app and pay for your charging session with your Tesla Account.

Tesla owners are automatically enrolled in Tesla MultiPass.

To see a charger list, toggle on 'Display 3rd Party Charging' in 'Navigation settings.' You can view nearby third-party charging stations on your vehicle’s touchscreen.

We will notify you in the Tesla app when you can activate Tesla MultiPass. To activate Tesla MultiPass, follow these steps:

1. Open the Tesla app.
2. View 'Tesla MultiPass' in 'Messages.'
3. Select 'Learn More.'
4. Select 'Next.'
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to activate your key card.

You can also enable Tesla MultiPass by selecting 'Tesla MultiPass' in 'Manage Payments' in the Tesla app.

There are two ways to start a charging session at a third-party charger. You can either tap your key card to charge or select the stall from the Tesla app.

To view your charge history, follow these steps:

1. Open the Tesla app.
2. Tap the menu in the top-right corner.
3. Tap 'Charging.'
4. Tap 'Charging History.'

You can pay for your charging session with your Tesla Account.

Your default payment method in the Tesla app will be set as payment method for Tesla MultiPass.

Note: It is not possible to pay with a Charge Card provided by another electricity mobility service provider (MSP).

The charging cost depends on your selected third-party chargers.
