EU Tyre Labelling
Starting May 1 2021, Regulation (EU) 2020/740 replaced Regulation (EC) No 1222/2009.
As a Tesla driver in the European Union/EEA, you can refer to the tyre label as an indicator for your tyre's energy efficiency, safety on wet surfaces and noise level. With the new regulation, suitability for extreme weather conditions is also classified.

Classifications
A is the best rating for each category (i.e. energy efficient, strong wet grip and low noise level).
Fuel Efficiency - Related to the rolling resistance. By reducing rolling resistance, the tyre consumes less energy.
Wet Grip - One of the most important safety characteristics of a tyre. Tyres with very good wet grip have a shorter braking distance when it rains.
External Noise - Noise generated by the tyre is expressed in waves: one black wave is the lowest noise level and three the highest. The aim is to reduce traffic-related noise for communities.
Snow Grip - Tyre is suitable for severe snow conditions.
Ice Grip - Tyre provides a shorter braking distance on ice covered roads in winter.
