If you purchased an item as a guest, access your order using your order number and email address.
You will then receive an email with your RMA number that you can enter in the portal to generate a return label. Print and attach the label to your parcel and email us at onlineordersMY@tesla.com to arrange a pick up.
Tesla Service Centers are focused on servicing customer vehicles, and unfortunately cannot process any returns or refunds.
Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product has arrived at the Tesla warehouse and has been inspected. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
