Building Energy Independence in New Zealand​

New Zealand generates most of its electricity from renewable sources but still relies on non-renewables to fill the gaps. Brian decided to take matters into his own hands. He installed solar and Powerwall 3 on his 100-year-old home, becoming one of the first in his neighbourhood to do so. For Brian, self-reliance, resilience, and peace of mind during power outages were driving factors.
