Vehicle accessories and merchandise purchased from Tesla Shop are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the accessory or merchandise is defective. For inquiries, email onlineordersPH@tesla.com.
Items purchased from a third party must be returned to that seller. Unfortunately, Tesla cannot accept the return of goods purchased from any third-party vendor.
To initiate a return for products purchased from the Tesla Shop, contact our customer support team at onlineordersPH@tesla.com and provide the following information:

Items to return
Quantity to return
Reason for return (e.g., defective, damaged, incorrect or extra item received)
Our customer support team will contact you for follow-up accordingly.
Tesla Service Centers are focused on servicing customer vehicles, and unfortunately cannot process any returns or refunds.
Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product has arrived at the Tesla warehouse and has been inspected. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
