Returns

Tesla does not offer exchanges. Follow the steps to return your product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Vehicle accessories and merchandise purchased from Tesla Shop are non-refundable and non-returnable. For enquiries, contact onlineorderssg@tesla.com.

Merchandise products sold at Tesla Diner are final sale with the exception of damaged or defective goods. If a product is damaged or defective, you need to return the item(s) to Tesla Diner for a full refund within two weeks of purchase.

Vehicle accessories that are not eligible for return include, but are not limited to:

• Used and/or installed accessories.
• Accessories missing the original packaging.
• Broken package quantities or incomplete kits.
• Wheel and tire packages that have been picked up by the customer, even if they remain uninstalled.

Items purchased from a third party must be returned to that seller. Unfortunately, Tesla cannot accept the return of goods purchased from any third-party vendor.

To initiate a return for products purchased from Tesla Shop, sign in to your Tesla account and start a return from your order details. If you purchase an item as a guest, access your order using your order number and email address. Our Customer Support team will review your request and provide you an email with your Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) details and return instructions once approved.

Alternatively, contact onlineorderssg@tesla.com with your return request details to request a RMA.

Note: The product will remain your responsibility during transit until received at our warehouse. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.

Items purchased from Tesla Shop are not eligible to be returned at a Tesla Service Center.

Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product has arrived at the Tesla warehouse and has been inspected. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

In some cases, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. If your return was due to product defect or warranty, a return shipping fee will not be deducted from your refund.
