How to find us
By Car: When arriving at the NEC, follow the signs for Gate 3. Once at Gate 3, you will be directed right at the roundabout. Follow the road round to the left to North Car Park 1B. From the car park, follow the signs for entrance Atrium 1 and turn right towards Hall 6.
By Train: Birmingham International Train Station is on site at the NEC, however when events are on, it’s hard to walk through. We recommend getting a taxi to the collection point instead.

North: Birmingham Small Heath Highway - 9 miles
South: Warwick Southbound - 26 miles
East: Rugby - 24 miles away
West: Telford Welcome Break Services - 40.6 miles

Parking
Use allocated verge parking on the left-hand side and follow the signage to the car collection desk.
What to bring
Bring a valid driving licence and have insurance in place. Vehicles aren't registered until the day of collection so we recommend calling your provider rather than getting quotes online. Learn about your car prior to collection here.
Trade-in
Bring both sets of keys and your completed V5c document. Ensure service history is placed in the log book and left in glove compartment. Please remove all your belongings.
Park your trade-in vehicle in the car park and head to the car collection desk. We will undertake a final odometer reading and brief inspection before gaining a signature. The registration process is completed by us and will be sent to you within 14 days.
