By Car: Enter the Port at Dock Gate 10, and turn right on the roundabout down West Bay Road. Continue past the multi-storey car park for half a mile. Look out for Tesla signage.
By Train/Foot: Southampton Central Station is approx. 1 mile/20 minute walk from the delivery hub. We recommend getting a taxi if coming from this station.

Parking
Use allocated bay parking and follow the signage to the vehicle collection desk.
What to bring
Bring a valid driving licence and have insurance in place. Vehicles aren't registered until the day of collection so we recommend calling your provider rather than getting quotes online. Learn about your car prior to collection here.
Trade-In
Bring both sets of keys and your completed V5c document. Ensure service history is placed in the log book and left in glove compartment. Please remove all your belongings.
Park your trade-in vehicle in the car park and head to the vehicle collection desk. We will undertake a final odometer reading and brief inspection before gaining a signature. The registration process is completed by us and will be sent to you within 14 days.
