How to find us
By Car: Exit the M60 at Junction 9 and follow signs to enter the Trafford Centre site. Take the first exit at the first roundabout and the first exit at the second roundabout. Follow the Tesla signs to the end of the road to the overflow car park, where we are located.
Through the shopping centre: Exit to the right just before John Lewis. Turn left when leaving the building, then left at the end of the building. Turn right and follow the Tesla signs straight down the path leading to the overflow car park, where we are located.
By Bus: When arriving at the Bus Station, enter the Trafford Centre and head to John Lewis at the other end of the centre. Follow the ‘Through the shopping centre’ instructions above.
By Tram: When arriving at The Trafford Centre Tram stop, enter through Selfridges, head to the exit of the store, and turn left into the shopping centre. Follow the ‘Through the shopping centre’ instructions above.

Parking
Use allocated parking in front of the collection hub and follow signage to the vehicle collection desk.
What to bring
Bring a valid driving licence and have insurance in place. Vehicles aren't registered until the day of collection so we recommend calling your provider rather than getting quotes online. Learn about your car prior to collection here.
Trade-in
Bring both sets of keys and your completed V5c document. Ensure service history is placed in the log book and left in glove compartment. Please remove all your belongings.
Park your trade-in vehicle in the car park and head to the car collection desk. We will undertake a final odometer reading and brief inspection before gaining a signature. The registration process is completed by us and will be sent to you within 14 days.
