- Intern Eligibility: We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships.
- Full-time Eligibility: To be considered for full time employment, you must be an active student in the senior year of your academic program or are a recent graduate seeking employment after graduation and are not returning to school.

As an intern, you’ll dive deep into mechanical engineering (cell design, structural integrity, packaging, and thermal optimization) or electrical engineering (battery performance modeling, electrical integration, and safety systems). You'll be working hands-on with cutting-edge battery architectures and next-gen manufacturing processes, playing a pivotal role in Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.
