*Sign up for a test drive at an official Tesla location in Switzerland between November 1 and December 15, 2024, and get a chance to win a Model Y for 3 months. Eligible participants must be over 18 years old with a valid driver's license. Only one entry per person is allowed. The winners will be determined in a drawing on December 16, 2024, at our Tesla location at Pelikanstrasse 10, 8001 Zürich. Tesla will not cover any travel costs related to picking up the Tesla Model Y. Winners will be notified via email on a date chosen by Tesla. Tesla’s decision is final, and no discussions will be held. Tesla will contact winners directly. Winners have 7 days from the announcement date to claim their prize; otherwise, the claim becomes invalid. Prizes cannot be claimed by third parties. Tesla will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner; if the winner is unavailable or does not claim the prize within the specified time, Tesla reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant. Tesla is not responsible if you cannot claim the prize, and no prize will be awarded if misconduct occurs, as determined by Tesla. Before the vehicle is handed over to the winner, he/she will have to sign a three-month vehicle loaner agreement. If the winner already purchased a Model Y after participating he/she can choose between a three-month Model Y vehicle loan or cost compensation for the existing vehicle. In case of cost compensation Tesla will cover the insurance, leasing fee, and road tax of the winner’s Model Y for three months; the total cost covered by Tesla may not exceed 3’000 CHF.
