Win a Tesla Experience
1. The Organizer
- The promotional prize draw for the Czech Republic is organized by Tesla Germany GmbH, a company registered in Germany under registration number 077 38 315, with its registered office at Baker & McKenzie s.r.o., law firm, Klimentská 1216/46, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic.
2. The Prize
- The prize is the opportunity to take a Tesla on an overnight trip, including a free hotel stay and a dinner for two. This experience is organized by Tesla and may be subject to changes based on availability. The winner will be informed about the exact prize details upon selection.
3. The Prize Draw
- The winner will be randomly selected from all contact details collected by Tesla during the related sales events between February 10, 2025, and February 23, 2025.
- No monetary contribution of any kind is required to enter.
- Duration: Applies to all entries recorded between February 10, 2025, and February 23, 2025.
4. Eligibility
- Any individual aged 18 or older who resides in the Czech Republic, holds a valid driver’s license, and is not employed by Tesla is eligible for the prize draw.
- To enter, simply register by February 23, 2025. By entering, participants accept these terms and conditions.
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Tesla reserves the right to award prizes at its sole discretion.
5. Winner Announcement
- Tesla will conduct a random draw to select the winner of the promotional prize. Winners will be chosen through an anonymous and automated data selection process.
6. Prize Redemption
- If you are the winner, we will notify you via email.
- The winner has 7 days from the date of the email notification to respond and claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited.
- The prize cannot be claimed by a third party on the winner's behalf.
- Tesla will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be reached or does not claim the prize within 7 days of contact, Tesla reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible participant selected from the received entries.
- Tesla accepts no responsibility if the winner is unable to claim the prize.
- No prize will be awarded if a participant (as determined solely by Tesla) engages in any form of misconduct.
- Tesla reserves the right to refuse, transfer, or replace the prize at its sole discretion.
- The winner may decline the prize by replying to the winner notification email within 7 days.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another prize.
- If the prize includes driving a Tesla vehicle, the winner must hold a valid driver’s license for their country of residence and agree to Tesla’s standard Test Drive Agreement for the designated day.
7. Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, Tesla, its agents, or distributors will not be liable to compensate the winner or accept any responsibility for any loss, damage, or disappointment incurred as a result of entering the sweepstakes, claiming the prize, or winning or not winning a prize, except where this results from negligence by Tesla, its agents, or distributors, or their employees. This does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Data Protection and Publicity
- If you are the winner, you agree that Tesla may use your name and your city or country of residence for the purpose of announcing the winner.
- By participating in the sweepstakes, you accept Tesla’s Privacy Policy (https://www.tesla.com/about/legal) and agree that personal data submitted with the entry, including name, mailing address, phone number, and email address, may be collected, processed, stored, and otherwise used by Tesla and its affiliates for the purpose of administering the sweepstakes. Individuals who provide personal data in connection with the sweepstakes have the right to request access to, review, modify, correct, or delete their personal data related to the sweepstakes by sending a request to Tesla at dpo@tesla.com.
9. General
- If Tesla has reason to believe that a participant has breached these terms and conditions, it may exclude them from the sweepstakes at its sole discretion.
- In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions, the administration or results of the sweepstakes, or any other matter relating to the sweepstakes, Tesla’s decision will be final and binding. No correspondence, discussion, or appeal will be entertained regarding Tesla’s decisions.
- Tesla reserves the right to suspend, cancel, pause, or amend any part of the sweepstakes or the entire sweepstakes if necessary. Any changes to these terms and conditions or the cancellation of the sweepstakes will be announced on Tesla’s website. Participants are responsible for staying informed about any changes to the terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
