- Organizer
- The organizer of this raffle for Switzerland is Tesla Switzerland GmbH, a company registered in Switzerland under registration number CHE-115.498.276 with its registered office at Pelikanstrasse 10, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland.
- Il premio
- The prize is a ceramic coating for your vehicle by Tesla-approved Body Shop Huggel Carrosserie in Münchenstein. This experience is organized by Tesla and is subject to changes and availability. The winner will be informed of the exact details of the prize upon selection.
- The Draw
- Winners will be randomly selected from all contact details collected by Tesla at the respective sales events between March 6, 2025, and March 11, 2025.
- No financial contribution of any kind is required to enter.
- Duration: Valid for all contacts collected between March 6, 2025, and March 11, 2025.

- Any person who resides in Switzerland, is over 18 years old, holds a full driver’s license, and is not employed by Tesla is eligible to participate in the raffle.
- To participate, simply sign up by March 11, 2025. By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Tesla reserves the right to decide on the awarding of prizes.
- Announcement of Winners
- Tesla will conduct a random draw to determine the raffle winners. The winners will be selected through an anonymous and automated data selection process.
- Acceptance of the Prize

- Tesla accepts no responsibility if you are unable to accept the prize.
- No prize will be awarded if participants (at Tesla's sole discretion) have breached any of the terms and conditions.
- Tesla may, at its discretion, decide on the rejection, transfer, or substitution of prizes.
- Winners can decline the prize by replying to the winner's email within 7 days.
- Prizes cannot be transferred to another person or replaced with an alternative prize.
