We’re Looking For

No prior automotive experience required, this is a great entry point for those just starting out, through a strong interest in cars, engineering, or technology, whether through hobbies (e.g., building, modifying, or restoring vehicles), tinkering, or technical projects
Experience in mechanical, electrical, or technical fields (e.g., electronics, robotics, manufacturing, aviation, marine, or DIY projects) even if not in vehicles
A willingness to learn, adapt, and ask questions
Good communication skills in English
A full Norwegian driver’s license (required for safety and service delivery)

💡 Bonus if you’ve ever: built a robot, repaired a bike, modded a car, worked with circuits, or taken apart a gadget to see how it works. We love that kind of curiosity.
