Spring Travel with Dog Mode on, embrace the beautiful journey with peace of mind.
Tesla has always cared for pets, you are invited to visit the Macau Experience Center and the new ‘Pet Zone’ with your pets, participate in the free-of-charge exclusive workshops and enjoy the play time with them!
You can also experience test drive with your pet*, to feel the ease and comfort of traveling with your pet in Model Y. There will also be on-site trainers conducting Dog Ride Training, in which registration is required on-site.
*Tesla Representative will contact you to confirm the workshop appointment, and then assist for test drive scheduling. Time slots for your workshop and test drive will not be overlapped.
With Dog Mode, you can preset your Tesla's cabin temperature to make sure your pet stays comfortable while you’re away. Check in anytime using the interior cabin camera—all while letting people passing by know that your furry friend is safe with a message on the touchscreen display. And with easy-to-clean interiors and pet-friendly accessories, you can let your dog roam the cabin worry free.

Workshop Details and Time:
Nutrition Talk
- starts at 12:00, approx. 1-hour per session, maximum 5 people
- Briefly introduce the basic nutritional needs of dogs and how to choose the appropriate dog food
Grooming Seminar
- starts at 13:00 and 17:00, approx. 1-hour per session, maximum 4 groups of owners and pets
- Share the importance of daily pet care, including grooming, ears cleaning, nails trimming, sole treatment etc. Owners and dogs are welcome to participate and practice on-site
Multipurpose Balm Workshop
- starts at 14:00 and 16:00, approx. 1-hour per session, maximum 5 people
- Pets’ hands, feet, and skin are prone to allergies. The universal ointment has a soothing effect on common skin itching, redness, wounds and other related symptoms, and it is non-toxic, which is suitable for the current humid weather.
Remarks:
- Workshops are free-of-charge. Quotas are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All workshops must be pre-registered, and are only applicable to cats and dogs.
- Each group of visiting guests can bring one pet into the showroom, and must take care and control your pet to prevent causing nuisance to others.
- All visiting pets must be on leash not longer than 1.5m to ensure the safety of public, pets and yourself.
- For hygienic reasons, all visiting pets must wear diapers.
- All pets must stay in a cage/carrying bag/pet perambulator outside the Tesla Macau Lisboeta Experience Center.
