Full Self-Driving (Supervised) 30-Day Trial

Under your supervision, Full Self-Driving (Supervised) can drive your Tesla vehicle almost anywhere. It will make lane changes, select forks to follow your navigation route, navigate around other vehicles and objects and make left and right turns.

When using Full Self-Driving (Supervised), you and anyone you authorize must use additional caution and remain attentive. It does not make your vehicle autonomous. Do not become complacent.

Your trial will begin once Full Self-Driving (Supervised) software version 12.3 or later is installed.

We do not send software updates to individual vehicles upon request. We recommend staying connected to Wi-Fi to receive the latest software updates. Your owner’s manual will have step-by-step instructions on how to connect your vehicle to Wi-Fi.

Updates with the latest Full Self-Driving (Supervised) software version will be automatically sent to your Model S, Model 3, Model X and Model Y. If a new update is available, you’ll receive a notification on your vehicle touchscreen and in the Tesla app. Connect your Tesla vehicle to Wi-Fi to download the latest software update.

Once Full Self-Driving (Supervised) software version 12.3 or later is installed, Full Self-Driving (Supervised) is automatically enabled. To view Full Self-Driving (Supervised) settings, open ‘Controls’ > ‘Autopilot’ on your vehicle’s touchscreen. Read through both the Autosteer and Full Self-Driving (Supervised) user agreements.

To experience the 30-day Full Self-Driving (Supervised) trial, make sure you have Full Self-Driving (Supervised) software version 12.3 or later installed.

Yes. You will receive 30 days of Full Self-Driving (Supervised) trial at no additional cost. We will waive the subscription cost for the duration of the trial.

If you purchased Full Self-Driving (Supervised) outright when you ordered your Tesla vehicle, you are not eligible for this trial.
