Error Light Recommendation
NO ETHERNET Plug your Ethernet cable into a different port or try replacing it with a cord that you know works. If the issue persists, contact our technical support team.
NO ROUTER Disconnect power to your modem, router and Gateway, wait 30 seconds, then return power in the same order. Wait for each device to power on fully before continuing the order.
NO INTERNET Check your internet status on a device that is connected to your router by Ethernet, and not by WiFi. If internet works on this device, disconnect power to your modem, router and Gateway, wait 30 seconds, then return power in the same order. Wait for each device to power on fully before continuing the order.
NO SERVER Wait 24 hours for the Gateway to connect. If the issue persists, contact our technical support team.
NO SIGNAL Check your production on the Tesla app. If the data is unavailable or you have a PowerGuide Error message, place the unit closer to the inverter, and elevate it away from other electronic equipment. Check your inverter display screen, and if it produces an error contact our technical support team.
WEAK SIGNAL Place your Gateway closer to your inverter. Elevating your Gateway and moving it away from other electronic equipment may help. Unless you are experiencing a sporadic connection, this may not be the issue.
