Troubleshooting your Gateway
- Connections: Make sure your power supply and Ethernet are plugged in properly, and verify that your internet is working.
- Power cycle your Gateway: Disconnect power to your modem, router and Gateway, wait 30 seconds and then return power in the same order, one at a time. Wait for each device to power on fully before continuing the order.
- Watch the lights: Your Gateway’s status light illuminates when it’s connected properly. Indicator lights will vary based on the type of Gateway.
