Previous Referral Program
If you are interested in participating in the current Refer and Earn program, share your referral link with your friends or purchase a qualifying Tesla product through a friend’s referral link. View information about the current Refer and Earn program.
Note: The following information on the previous referral program is for general reference and does not include every iteration of the Terms and Conditions that were applied.
The Refer and Earn program from May 22, 2023 to April 30, 2024 allowed customers to earn benefits by making their first Tesla product purchase, referring other first-time customers and continuing to purchase qualifying Tesla products. Available offers varied throughout the program.
Prior to May 11, 2023, vehicle referral awards were granted to eligible customers after delivery. Returned vehicles were excluded from the referral program. Ohio and Virginia residents were not eligible for referral awards associated with vehicle orders.
From October 9, 2021 to November 21, 2022, solar referral awards were granted to eligible customers after solar panel or Solar Roof system activation (Permission to Operate). Any systems returned under Tesla’s Return Policy were excluded from the referral program. Standalone Powerwall orders were not eligible.

Miles Expiration
1 Free Supercharging miles can be used by any vehicles on the same account and will expire 6 months after the miles are added.
2 Free Supercharging miles can be used any vehicles on the same account and will expire 3 years after the miles are added.
Giveaway Terms
3 Model Y drawings happen on a monthly basis and Founders Series Roadster drawings occur on a quarterly basis. No entry fee, payment or purchase required for the drawing.
