SiriusXM Trial

Model S and Model X owners may be eligible for a three-month SiriusXM all-access trial subscription. Enjoy significant improvements to channel navigation, organization and search functionality, including artwork and category descriptions following our latest over-the-air software update.

To access from the ‘Music’ section of your in-car center touchscreen, tap the ‘Subscription’ tab in the SiriusXM app and follow the instructions to refresh your radio.

  • Accessibility: To access, tap the SiriusXM app in the ‘Music’ section on your touchscreen.
  • Search: Browse through different categories of channels including Music, Sports, News and Talk.
  • Channel Suggestions: View suggested channels based on what you are currently listening to through your touchscreen.
  • Favorites: Access your saved channels through the ‘Favorites’ section in your SiriusXM app or add additional favorites by tapping the star while listening to a channel.

You'll automatically receive this update when it's ready for your car based on your location and vehicle configuration. There is no need to request the update.

When does my trial subscription end?
Your trial end date can be found on the SiriusXM ‘Subscription’ tab. Service will automatically stop at the end of the stated trial subscription term. If you decide to continue service, the paid subscription plan you select will automatically renew and you will be charged the rate in effect at that time. If you have any questions about your subscription, please contact SiriusXM’s support line at (855) 851-8750.

How can I listen to SiriusXM in my vehicle?
To access SiriusXM, tap the SiriusXM button from your in-car center touchscreen. If you can’t hear SiriusXM channels, select the SiriusXM ‘Subscription’ tab for instructions to refresh your radio. Explore over 150 channels, including premium content by tuning with your radio controls.

How can I listen to SiriusXM outside my vehicle?
SiriusXM is available to stream on your phone, online or at home. To access during your trial, please contact SiriusXM at (855) 851-8750 to set up your streaming credentials. You will need your Radio ID number, which can be found under the ‘Subscription’ tab. Existing subscribers can set up external devices online via SiriusXM’s website.

How do I subscribe to SiriusXM after my three-month trial?
To subscribe, please contact SiriusXM at (855) 851-8750. You will need your Radio ID number, which can be found under the ‘Subscription’ tab. If you subscribe before your trial ends, you will not be charged until your three-month trial subscription is complete.

I’m currently a subscriber. Am I eligible for a trial subscription?
The three-month trial subscription is only available to Model S or Model X vehicles without an existing SiriusXM subscription. To transfer service from an old vehicle, please call SiriusXM at (855) 851-8750 to add your new Model S or Model X to your account, remove any old radios and transfer unused service. Restrictions may apply. You will need your new vehicle’s Radio ID number, which can be found under the ‘Subscription’ tab.
