· 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry. Experience working in a start-up environment or experience working in the auto-industry a plus.

· Proven track record in partnership and project management

· Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a strong negotiator

· Demonstrated aptitude in problem-solving and data analytics, with proficiency in Excel. Proficiency in SQL a plus

· Business-level written and verbal proficiency in Thai as well as English a must

· Highly organized individual with attention to detail and the flexibility to adapt to change

· A self-starter and proactive individual able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

· A team player who is able to work and collaborate with multiple functions across the organization to achieve Company goals

· Results-orientated and dependable individual who enjoys the challenges of a rapidly evolving global organization

· Willingness to travel
