*Participation and Prize Description
Register and complete a test drive at an official Tesla location in Germany between October 15 and November 15, 2025, for a chance to win a wellness weekend for two people (2 nights) at a wellness hotel in Germany selected by Tesla. The prize also includes the use of a Tesla vehicle for this weekend (3 days). The winner will receive a voucher valid for six (6) to twelve (12) months (specific terms and conditions will be listed on the voucher).
Conditions and Prize Coverage
The Tesla vehicle is provided as an extended weekend test drive (3 days). Tesla’s general test drive terms and conditions apply. Before receiving the vehicle, the winner must sign a specific weekend vehicle usage agreement outlining the terms of use. The vehicle can be picked up at a Tesla Center near the winner’s place of residence. Tesla will not cover any travel expenses to the pickup location. Additionally, Tesla will not cover any other costs associated with the prize, including but not limited to travel or meal expenses, insurance, deposits, or other incidental expenses not explicitly mentioned. A cash payout or exchange of the prize is excluded.
Eligibility and Entry Conditions
Participation is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license recognized in Germany. Tesla employees, their immediate family members, and third parties directly involved in the organization of the sweepstakes are excluded from participation.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple submissions will result in disqualification.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected through a random draw on November 17, 2025. The winner will be notified via email on the same day. Tesla’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence regarding the decision will be entered into.
Claiming the Prize and Disqualification
The prize must be claimed within seven (7) days of the announcement date, i.e., by November 24, 2025. Tesla will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner but assumes no responsibility if the winner is unreachable or does not claim the prize. If no response is received within the deadline, Tesla reserves the right to select a new winner through another random draw. The prize is non-transferable to third parties.
Tesla assumes no responsibility if the prize cannot be claimed due to technical problems, the winner’s unavailability, or behavior deemed inappropriate at Tesla’s sole discretion. Tesla reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the terms and conditions or attempt to manipulate the contest.
Taxes and Legal Obligations
The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees incurred in connection with the acceptance or use of the prize in accordance with applicable German laws. Tesla assumes no liability for any tax obligations arising from the prize. If legally required, Tesla may report the value of the prize to the relevant tax authorities. In such a case, the winner may be required to provide additional information (e.g., tax identification number).
Modification or Cancellation of the Sweepstakes
Tesla reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the sweepstakes at any time without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances arise that are beyond Tesla’s control. This includes, but is not limited to, legal restrictions, natural disasters, or technical issues. Tesla is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from such modifications, suspensions, or cancellations.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising in connection with this sweepstakes is Berlin.

By participating, you consent to Tesla Germany GmbH collecting and processing your personal data (e.g., name, email address, contact details) for the purpose of conducting the sweepstakes and contacting the winner. Your data may also be used – with your express consent where required by law – to send you advertising, offers related to Tesla vehicles, or information about new Tesla products via phone, mail, or email. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws in Germany.
