5+ years in software development for factory automation, cell control, and vision inspection.
Ability to mentor junior developers and lead software development across multi-region teams.
Strong understanding of Golang and React, including Golang's concurrency model and React's component lifecycle.
Proficiency with factory automation protocols, including OPC-UA, Modbus, and EtherCAT.
Strong understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
Proficiency with cloud-based technologies, including a strong understanding of containerization using Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes.

Nice to have:

Proficiency with robotics programming, including ROS and robot operating systems.
Knowledge of computer vision algorithms, including object detection, tracking, and recognition.
Proficiency with data analytics and machine learning libraries, including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Familiarity with security best practices and secure coding techniques.
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools, such as Jenkins or CircleCI.
