Partner strategically with ML product leaders and engineering teams to identify organizational bottlenecks, shape the product roadmap, and architect scalable solutions
Translate HR business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with engineering and systems teams, proactively identifying opportunities to apply machine learnings towards the optimization of HR processes, systems, and analytics
Execute A/B testing frameworks and analyze conversation data, user feedback, and system metrics to drive continuous improvement of AI tool accuracy and user experience
Partner with HR, legal, and other subject matter experts to curate, maintain, and govern content that trains our AI systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and appropriate segmentation
Create and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and milestone tracking, while coordinating cross-functional workstreams. Track risks, dependencies, and blockers across initiatives; maintain clear stakeholder communication through regular status updates, metrics, and escalations
Document workflows, create and maintain SOPs, and establish best practices for AI system configuration and content management
