$250 Off New Tesla Vehicle Purchase for Eligible Residents

Residents of qualifying multi-unit residential buildings are eligible for a $250 incentive toward the purchase of a new Model 3, Model Y or Cybertruck vehicle. Residents will receive a notice directly from their property management, confirming that their residence qualifies for this promotion and any order deadlines.

Once the order is placed, customers will be prompted to verify their registration address in the Tesla app. If all eligibility criteria¹ is met, including a registration address that matches to a qualifying property, a $250 credit will automatically be applied to the final purchase price.
