How do I know what features are standard and optional for Model 3?

What charging options are available for Model 3?
Model 3 comes with the same home charging options as all Tesla cars. Model 3 also comes standard with the hardware necessary to utilize the global Tesla Supercharger Network. A small fee will apply for Supercharging—which is only a fraction of the cost of gas.
I’ve placed my order. How do I edit my design?
Login to your Tesla Account and select 'Edit Design'. If you cannot see 'Edit Design', please contact our Sales and Delivery support team at (888) 518-3752 for assistance.
Will I be eligible to receive incentives for purchasing Model 3?
You may be eligible for local or federal tax incentives when you purchase your Model 3. We recommend speaking with a tax professional for guidance, as some incentives may depend on your personal tax situation.
When will Model 3 be available to view or test drive in stores?
Model 3 is already available to view in certain stores across North America. In the coming months, more test drive cars will be available at additional Tesla locations. The best way to be notified when we do have test drives available in your area is to complete the test drive request form.
Where can I find the estimated delivery timing for Model 3?
Customize your Model 3 in the Design Studio to review estimated delivery timing based on what options are selected. Once you’ve placed your order, estimated delivery timing is available in your Tesla Account.
Do I have priority for delivery as an existing reservation holder?
Actual delivery timeframes are based on reservation date, order date, delivery location and vehicle configuration.
What type of payment options are available for my Model 3?
We currently support purchases in cash and via third-party financial institutions. As your delivery day approaches, you will be able to confirm your final payment options in your Tesla Account.
What should I expect on the day of delivery?
Our Delivery Experience Specialists will review your final paperwork and provide an overview of the basic features of your new car. Reservation and Order Adjustments
I cancelled my Model 3 reservation. When can I expect to receive my refund?
If you’ve cancelled your Model 3 reservation, it can take up to 45 business days to complete processing your refund and have the funds returned to you. If it’s been more than 45 business days, email CustomerSupport@tesla.com.
I’ve placed my order for a Model 3 and would like to cancel, what’s the process?
If you have designed and placed your order for your Model 3, please contact CustomerSupport@tesla.com to cancel your order. If you have not designed and ordered your Model 3 and are still holding your reservation, you may log into your Tesla Account and select 'Cancel'.
How will changing my configuration affect delivery timing?
Any change to your car’s design has the potential to affect delivery timing, depending on the availability of the features on your resulting design.
