Apparel, lifestyle, charging equipment, vehicle parts and most vehicle accessories will ship directly to the address entered at time of checkout.

To ensure optimal fit and function, service-installed vehicle accessories are dispatched to your preferred Tesla Service Center for final installation. The purchase price of these items includes shipping and installation.

We strive to ship orders within 48 hours from time of purchase, but additional processing time may be needed depending on order volume and product availability.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. Open the link in your confirmation email and follow the steps to check the status of your order. You can also sign in to your Tesla Account and select an order in your Order History to check the status.
Note: Orders with multiple items may ship in more than one package.

We currently offer shipping to residential or business addresses. We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.

We currently offer shipping to the 49 continental United States, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Canada.
We reserve the right to cancel any order with a shipping address pertaining to a freight forwarder or that appears to be purchased with the intent to resell or export outside of the United States, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Canada.

Once checkout has been completed, Tesla is unable to edit the shipping address or contents within an order. Tesla is not liable if the incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.
If the item is shipped with UPS, you can initiate a delivery update using the delivery change option in your UPS shipping confirmation email once UPS shows your package is in transit. You will need to sign up for UPS My Choice if you do not currently have an account with them.
If the item is shipped with FedEx, you can initiate a delivery update using the delivery change option in your FedEx shipping confirmation email once FedEx shows your package is in transit. You will need to sign up for Premium options if you do not currently have an account with them.
Note: If a mobile wallet (ApplePay, GooglePay, etc.) is selected as a form of payment, payment processing is completed through the mobile wallet device. The shipping address provided will be the address associated with your mobile wallet. Update the shipping address within your mobile wallet to prevent confusion going forward.

Tesla offers free shipping on all orders over $100 in the U.S. For orders less than $100, a $10 shipping charge will apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exceptions may apply.

If your tracking status shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us. Select ‘Accessories / Apparel / Merchandise’ in the topic dropdown and provide more details for assistance.

Tesla will provide a replacement on damaged goods that you have received. Manage your order or sign in to your Tesla Account to start the replacement process. Our team will reach out with next steps after receiving your request.

If there is something missing from your order, follow these steps:
- Start the process to fill the missing part of your order.
- Click ‘Sign In’ under "Ask a Question on Web."
- Select ‘Accessories / Apparel / Merchandise.’
- Select ‘Return an Item.’
- Click on ‘Submit.’
Our Customer Support team will reach out to help replace the missing part. If available, Tesla will provide the missing part but may advise processing a return or replacement instead. -
Tesla orders can take three to five business days to arrive but may vary depending on your order. Check the status of your order for updates on when it will arrive.

To see your order history on a web browser, sign in to your Tesla Account or use your order number to search previous orders.
To see your order history through the Tesla app, follow these steps:
- Tap the menu in the top-right corner.
- Tap on your name.
- Select ‘Order History’ to see what you have previously ordered.
