No. Klarna will automatically charge the credit card on file for each installment, and you’ll be notified by Klarna by push notifications and email.
You can extend your payment date once per order.
To push out your payment date, follow these steps:
Go to ‘Purchases’ in the Klarna app.
Select the order you would like to extend your payment date for.
Select ‘Manage Payments.’
Select ‘Extend Due Date.’
If you need to return part or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement that reflects an updated balance.
As soon as we have processed your return, Klarna will send an adjusted invoice.
Klarna will process your refund based on the following:
Partial Refund: If you return part of your order, your refund amount is first applied to any remaining payments. If your refund amount is more than your remaining payments, you’ll be refunded the difference.
Full Refund: If you return your entire order for a full refund, Klarna will refund you for any completed payments and any remaining payments will be canceled.
You do not need to pay for goods that are damaged, broken or defective. If you receive a damaged item, go to your Klarna account and select ‘Report a Problem’ to pause your statement until the issue is resolved.
Once you have returned the item back to Tesla, the refund will be processed within five to seven business days. If the order is resolved with a replacement, your payment statement will continue.
You do not need to pay the statement until you have received your order. Check the status of the shipment and tracking number within your Tesla Account’s Order History or contact us for a delivery update. Then sign in to your Klarna account and select ‘Report a Problem’ to pause your statement until you’ve received your order.
