No. The £200 order deposit is non-refundable once the order is placed, except when statutory cancellation rights apply. After you take delivery, the deposit will be applied toward the cost of your vehicle.

All vehicles in the programme are available for online purchase and quick delivery. For detailed information on a specific vehicle, contact one of our sales advisors or request a callback. While we cannot guarantee that a specific Certified Pre-Owned vehicle is available to test drive, you can schedule a test drive with Model S, Model 3, Model X or Model Y at your nearest Tesla location.

You can submit payment through Tesla Financing, third-party financing or cash payment.

Before taking delivery of your Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, you must submit all trade-in information, a copy of your driver’s licence, proof of insurance and proof of financial approval (if applicable). Your uncompleted tasks will be shown in your Tesla Account. Once completed, you can schedule pickup or delivery.

•  A Used Vehicle Limited Warranty
•  Any coverage remaining on the vehicle’s original New Vehicle Limited Warranty, as well as the Battery and Drive Unit Limited Warranty.

During the refurbishment process, our technicians meticulously inspect all vehicles in the programme and address any ongoing recalls. However, it's possible that further repairs may be necessary between the completion of refurbishment and delivery. Repairs can be addressed during ownership by making a service appointment at a Tesla Service Centre. Check if a particular VIN is affected by a recall.

Every Certified Pre-Owned vehicle is fully inspected and refurbished to the highest standards by our experienced technicians.

Mechanical Condition

Our technicians rigorously inspect the various mechanical components and perform thorough tests. Inspection points include:

Cosmetic Condition

Though we aim to deliver vehicles in as great a condition as possible, cosmetic imperfections and signs of wear consistent with age and mileage may still be present.

Body Panels

You may notice minor scratches on body panels, typically no longer than 5 cm, as well as some small stone chips. Occasionally, there may be dents with a diameter smaller than 2.5 cm. While there could be cosmetic damage on the underbody, any component showing signs of cracking will be addressed and replaced if necessary.

Glass

We meticulously inspect the windscreen and all other glass components, promptly repairing or replacing them if any significant damage is detected. While minor imperfections outside the driver's visibility area may occasionally be present, we make every effort to minimise them and ensure a clear view without any scratches or hard water marks.

Wheels & Tyres

• Minor imperfections in the rims, typically less than 2 cm in size, may be present. These imperfections do not affect the visual appeal, safety or performance of the wheels.
• We ensure that the tyres exceed legal requirements in the used car market. Tyres for vehicles sold in United Kingdom will have a minimum of 3 mm tread remaining.
   

Interior

The interior may show signs of cosmetic wear in line with the natural aging of the vehicle. This can include minor scratches and wear, particularly at entry points, of up to 10 cm. Our technicians replace any broken components and enhance the appearance of these areas wherever possible.

Keys

Each vehicle will be delivered with a minimum of one key card or key fob.  
Note: All Certified Pre-Owned Tesla vehicles can also be unlocked and started using the Tesla app.

Each Certified Pre-Owned vehicle is equipped with new air filters.

Yes, all Certified Pre-Owned Tesla vehicles are equipped with the adapter allowing you to access our V3 Supercharging technology. For more information, visit the product page in the Tesla shop.

All Certified Pre-Owned Tesla vehicles with a first registration date of before July 1, 2024 come with a Mobile Connector.

There is no specific report that can be provided for a specific vehicle. However, every vehicle eligible for our Certified Pre-Owned programme has undergone a rigorous inspection process to ensure its quality and reliability.

Vehicles in the programme are reset before delivery, but if any of the previous owner’s preferences remain these can be removed with a factory reset. To factory reset your Tesla vehicle, tap ‘Controls’ > ‘Service’ > ‘Factory Reset’ on your touchscreen.

All Certified Pre-Owned Tesla vehicles come with a valid MOT test certificate for a minimum of three months at the time of delivery, ensuring they meet road safety and environmental standards.
