Loyalty Benefits
The Refer and Earn program gives both new and existing customers access to buyer, referrer and loyalty benefits when purchasing a qualifying product. Loyalty benefits are rewards offered if you currently own a qualifying Tesla product and you are purchasing another qualifying Tesla product using the same Tesla Account. Loyalty benefits are also available if you have previously owned a qualifying Tesla product and you are purchasing another qualifying Tesla product using the same Tesla Account.
To earn loyalty benefits, follow these steps:
- Open the Tesla app.
- Tap the menu in the top-right corner.
- Tap ‘Loyalty Benefits’ to view qualifying products.
- Purchase the Tesla product of your choice using your email associated with your existing Tesla products.
After you place the order, your benefit will automatically appear as ‘pending’ in the Tesla app until the Grant Date.

Is there a limit to how many loyalty benefits I can receive?
Yes. You can receive loyalty benefits 10 times over the lifetime of your account when you purchase additional qualifying Tesla products.
What are the qualifying Tesla products available for the Refer and Earn program?
You can earn loyalty benefits by purchasing one of the following products:
- Model S
- Model 3
- Model X
- Model Y
- Cybertruck
- Solar Panels
Note: Loyalty benefits are only available if you currently or have previously owned a qualifying Tesla product. Pre-owned vehicles are not qualifying products for the Refer and Earn program.
