Review the full eligibility for the reimbursement. Order Powerwall 3 or Powerwall 3 Expansion from a Tesla Certified Installer between December 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026 for this offer. After you place your order, register for the reimbursement through the reimbursement portal by March 31, 2026.

The email address you are using to register into the portal must match the email you registered with Tesla.

Get your Powerwall(s) and/or Powerwall 3 Expansion installed, connected and registered between December 1, 2025, and May 31, 2026. Once your Powerwall(s) and/or Powerwall 3 Expansion are installed, connected and registered, return to the reimbursement portal and submit your request for the registered reimbursement by May 31, 2026.

Once the request is submitted, we will confirm the details and send you the reimbursement within 10 weeks.

Once you have placed your order for your Powerwall(s) and/or Powerwall 3 Expansion with a Tesla Certified Installer, you can register for the reimbursement through the portal by selecting ‘Register my Reimbursement.’

Homeowners, meaning the persons listed on the contract, will be required to register for their reimbursement at reimbursement portal from December 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026. Only the homeowner can register to get access to the reimbursement.

You will be prompted to upload a copy of your sales contract with a Tesla Certified Installer and to confirm your contact information. Contract must include:

• Valid date from December 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026 
• Name of the Tesla Certified Installer  
• Name and surname of homeowner 
• Installation address 
• Email address matching Tesla Account 
• Name and quantity of product purchased 
• Final pricing 

Once your Powerwall(s) and/or Powerwall 3 Expansion have been installed, connected and registered, you will need to return to the reimbursement portal and complete the final step to submit the request for the reimbursement by no later than May 31, 2026.

Once your Powerwall(s) and/or Powerwall 3 Expansion have been installed, connected and registered, sign in to the reimbursement portal using the information you received when the reimbursement was initially registered and submit your documentation for the final reimbursement by no later than May 31, 2026.

There will be a prompt to upload validation documents and submit the request for reimbursement. 

After you submit the final registered reimbursement request by May 31, 2026 we will review your details and process the request. The Virtual Visa^® Reward Card³ will be sent to you by email.

Allow up to ten weeks from the date your reimbursement was approved to receive your Virtual Visa^® Reward Card¹.

Once you have completed installation of your Powerwall 3 and/or Powerwall 3 Expansion, you can register your Tesla product by downloading the Tesla app. In the Tesla app, add Powerwall and/or Powerwall 3 Expansion and follow the prompts. The reimbursement applies to all regions throughout United Kingdom.

Changes to your installation date will impact your eligibility for reimbursement. Installations that occur after May 31, 2026, will not qualify for reimbursement. Your Powerwall(s) will need to be connected to the internet and registered by May 31, 2026, to qualify for the reimbursement with no exceptions.

Reimbursements are paid out as a Tesla-branded virtual prepaid Visa^® Reward Card to the homeowner.

The Virtual Visa^® Reward Card is not redeemable for cash. Homeowners may spend the Virtual Visa^® Reward Card everywhere Visa^® is accepted, 44 million locations worldwide. The card is a virtual card that supports online purchases and in-store usage of Visa^®'s mobile-to-wallet feature with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
