Can I upgrade/downgrade my Powerwall order?

To change the number of Powerwalls you wish to have installed, please contact Tesla directly to request an order adjustment. Changing the order of your Powerwall may affect the delivery timeline, and, in some cases, adding additional Powerwalls may not be possible due to energy distributor regulations.

Can I change the location of my Powerwall?

You can change the location only if the Powerwall has not yet been installed.  Please contact us to approve it as some locations are not suitable for installation, and wiring and pricing may change.

Can I move to a new house with my Powerwall?

Moving your Powerwall and Gateway will require a removal and installation fee. Please contact InstallationsNZ@tesla.com to organise your Powerwall's relocation.
