Win A Powerwall
The chance to win a Powerwall offer ended April 30, 2024. Tesla will email and notify the four winners by May 10, 2024.
California customers who accept payment details of their solar and Powerwall order between April 1 and April 30, 2024, will be entered for a chance to win a Powerwall. Powerwall is a rechargeable home battery, designed to maximize your home’s energy independence. With solar, you can generate your own energy and store any excess in a Powerwall.
Tesla will select four winners and will cover the cost of one Powerwall from each winner’s order. Installation cost and taxes are not included. Entry will be automatically submitted upon acceptance of payment details for the solar and Powerwall order. The limit is one entry per Tesla Account and cannot be combined with other offers.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this offer, you must:
- Have ordered solar and Powerwall(s) from Tesla
- Have ordered for a California address where Tesla installs solar and Powerwall(s)
- Accept payment details in your Tesla Account between April 1 and April 30, 2024
Note: California customers with orders through CCA/CEA programs are not eligible for this offer.

A solar and Powerwall order with the following products is eligible:
- Tesla solar panels or Solar Roof; and
- Powerwall

To be entered for a chance to win a Powerwall, you will need to have an active solar and Powerwall order. After placing an order, sign in to your Tesla Account to upload your utility bill so Tesla can complete your design. Once your design is ready, review your design and pricing summary. Accept the design and payment details by April 30, 2024. Entry will be automatically submitted upon acceptance of payment details for the solar and Powerwall order.
If your order is placed closer to April 30, 2024, you may not be able to accept design and payment details in time to be eligible for the offer. Place your order and upload your utility bill as soon as possible to review your design and pricing summary in time.

If you ordered solar and Powerwall(s) before April 1, 2024 but accept your payment details between April 1 and April 30, 2024, you may be eligible. Review the eligibility for this offer.

For each winner, Tesla will cover the cost of one Powerwall. Installation cost and taxes are not included.

Tesla will randomly select four winners for this offer.

Tesla will email and notify the four winners by May 10, 2024. Payment for each winner’s solar and Powerwall order will be due according to the signed payment schedule. Each winner will receive a rebate for the full value of one Powerwall from Tesla after each winner receives Permission to Operate (PTO) from the utility. Installation cost and taxes are not included.
